A new GShell class provides a consistent API for use across Groovy, MATLAB, Python, R and SciLab environments for better "write-once, run-anywhere" performance.

Support has been added to generate animated GIFs. A new recorder control in the Graph Editor can be used to control these.

Waterloo charts are now supported in

scenes using the SwingNode class in Oracle's Java 8 Early Release.

The deploy-to-web feature now supports SVG, Processing and GIF. Animations are presently supported through Processing (vector-based) and GIF (bit-mapped).

Waterloo graphics work on the Raspberry Pi too.
